Cyclobenzaprine PrecautionsDo not use within 14 days after discontinuing MAOI's. Cyclobenzaprine Drug InteractionsCyclobenzaprine may interact with antidepressants of both the monoamine oxidase inhibitor class (MAOI's) and tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline and imipramine. If taken with those drugs, a sudden increase in fever with convulsions may occur. Cyclobenzaprine Dosage10 mg (1 tablet) three times a day or 20-40 mg each day in divided doses. Do not exceed 60 mg daily. |
